Q: Do you guarantee your logo design work?
A: Yes! Farley Graphics wants customers to be completely satisfied. That's why we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Q: How many designs will you send me to choose from?
A: Normally 3 initial designs are done to see which direction the customer wants to go. Of those three drafts, one is chosen. Then, up to three revisions can be made to that draft. If additional revisions are required, an additional charge of $35.00 per design hour is incurred. A deposit of 25% of the overall quote is required.

Q: How can I make payment?
A: Farley Graphics prefers payment made with check or money order. However, we accept PayPal, wire transfers, and Western Union (for those outside of the U.S.A.). In most cases, payment is due within 10 days of invoice receipt.

Q: How do I go about ordering a website?
A: Website design starts with a plan, in essence, a blueprint of what the site should look like, what information it needs to contain, and how it is to be organized. An initial appointment either in person or by phone would be best in order to get the plan moving. After that, a draft is then started with increments of approval as it progresses. A deposit of 25% of the overall quote is required. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the site.

Q: Where is Farley Graphics located?
A: Farley Graphics prefers to be a web-based service allowing for a broader customer base. However, if you must know, Farley Graphics is based out of a small rural town about 60 miles west of Houston, Texas, U.S.A.
